For most homes, we recommend planning by risk zones instead of “one type for everything”. Typical zones include the kitchen, electrical panel/UPS area, and parking/common corridor. Mist is often chosen for modern interiors due to cleaner discharge, while ABC may be used in general areas (final selection depends on layout and hazards). If you share your flat size + risk points, we can suggest a simple, cost-effective combination.

ABC powder is widely used and effective across multiple fire classes, but it can leave residue that increases clean-up and may affect electronics and premium interiors. Mist uses fine droplets that cool quickly and usually leaves less residue — helpful for offices, server rooms, showrooms and residential interiors (application dependent). Best practice is to match the extinguisher to the specific hazard and area.

For cooking oil/grease risks, wet chemical solutions are commonly recommended for commercial kitchens. Along with the extinguisher type, correct placement, signage, and access matter a lot in real incidents. Share your kitchen type (tandoor / fryer / LPG setup) and we’ll suggest a practical layout.

Yes. We support placement planning, wall-mounting and installation as per site needs. Good placement means units are visible, reachable, and positioned near risk zones without being blocked. For larger sites, we can also help with a simple deployment plan (count + locations) to keep your setup inspection-ready.

Yes. We assist with service tags, records, and basic documentation used during inspections. If your site has complex requirements (multiple floors, high occupancy, special hazards), we usually recommend a short assessment first so the documentation matches actual placement and risk zones.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a planned service schedule for inspections, servicing, and record keeping. It helps ensure extinguishers stay “ready-to-use”, and your site stays prepared for inspections and audits. Coverage varies by site — we usually include scheduled checks, basic service actions, and documentation support.

Refilling is required after use, pressure loss, damage, or as per the product/service cycle applicable to your setup. Hydro-testing depends on the cylinder type and due cycle. The simplest way to stay compliant is: keep AMC + maintain service history so you never miss a due date.

It’s a program where eligible existing units (commonly powder types) can be exchanged for Mist Retardant models, wherever technically and commercially feasible. Many customers choose this when they want cleaner discharge for interiors/electronics or want to modernise their setup. Eligibility depends on condition, type, capacity, and site requirement.

Share the extinguisher type, capacity, approximate age, and current condition (photos help). Our team will confirm feasibility and suggest suitable Mist options with exchange value and a final quote. For societies, offices, or multi-location sites, we can plan a bulk upgrade with simple mapping.
